Abstract
The patient is a 40-year-old man who reports a 2-year history of episodic involuntary closure of his left eye and a 6-month history of contractions of the left side of his face. His general health is excellent and he takes no medication regularly. With the exception of the involuntary movement of the left side of his face, his examination is normal. What evaluation is necessary?.
