Abstract
Two experimental systems consisting of a water-type solar collector and an air-type collector were tested. In the water-type unit the solar energy is used to heat the concrete floors and/or preheat ventilating air. In the air-type unit a single flow path rock storage is used to delay the delivery of solar heat to the cool hours of night. As far as solar utilization is concerned, both systems operate satisfactorily. Refs.
