Abstract
The synthesis of thiated nucleoside and nucleotide analogues, and determination of their structures, conformations, potential chemotherapeutic activities, and substrate/inhibitor properties in various enzyme systems, with emphasis on enzymes related to chemotherapeutic activities, are reported.
