Abstract
Hummel and Strom examine the relationship between teaching experience and perceptions of the quality of training programs. Three surveys of graduates with 0 to 2 years experience resulted in a four by three crossed design. Significant teaching experience effects were obtained for all five clusters of teacher competencies and for general outcomes. No interaction effects were significant. The effect ofteaching experience suggests attention to when follow-ups are conducted and how data are analyzed.
