Abstract
A retrospective analysis of patients with pulmonary blastomycosis was made. Correlation of the mode of clinical presentation with the thoracic radiography revealed a spectrum of clinical and radiological disease. The results substantiate the absence of specific clinico radiological patterns, and amplify current concepts of clinical and radiological manifestations.
