Abstract
A technique using a custom-made cast alloy attachment housing for an implant-retained overdenture prosthesis is presented. Common problems encountered in implant-tissue bar-retained overdentures are discussed. Details of the modified laboratory procedure are described. This technique provides the clinician with an alternative for predictably treating patients with implant-retained overdentures.
