Abstract
The genome of the biological control agent Pantoea vagans C9-1, a Gramnegative enterobacterial epiphyte found on a broad range of plants, was recently sequenced. Detailed analysis revealed likely determinants for biocontrol activity and confirmed the absence of pathogenicity factors.
