The chemical composition of some waters from dune slacks at Sandscale, North Lancashire

Research output: Contribution to journalArticle

Abstract

Surface waters from dune slacks were analyzed for Na, K, Ca, Mg, HCO3, Cl, SO4 and pH. They were as highly calcareous as waters from limestone areas, and relatively rich in all ions except potassium.
