Abstract
The mission of the Integrated Information Center (IIC) was to provide the technology, the training, and the services to support the information processing activities of the faculty and staff of the School of Management and the Institute of Public Affairs. The IIC assumed primary responsibility for assisting faculty in identifying, retrieving, and organizing scholar information. The IIC also assumed primary responsibility developing and coordinating formal training programs for faculty and staff. Consequently, the IIC offered a very popular series of demonstrations, training sessions, workshops, and seminars on a variety of technology-related issues.
