Abstract
Library staff at UMD’s Kathryn A. Martin Library created a process to review library policies through an antiracist lens. During this session we’ll share the process of developing and implementing our antiracist policy review, discuss gathering and responding to input from all library staff and student workers, share changes we’ve made to our policies, and invite attendees to implement an antiracist policy review in their own libraries.
