Abstract
This paper gives complex number solutions to the following problem. A rotating link and a plane are in motion relative to a fixed plane; the link connects a selected point in the fixed plane to a point in the moving plane via revolute joints. What link will allow a second point in the moving plane to coincide with two or three precision points in the fixed plane?
