Abstract
Reductive carbonylations at atmospheric pressure of (C5Me 5)MCl3 (M=Ti and Zr), conducted at low temperature, provide thermally robust and crystalline products of the general formula [Et4N][(C5Me5)M(CO)4], which contain the first examples of carbonyl anions of titanium and zirconium.
