Abstract

Present remarks by the editor as he comes to the end of a six year tenure as editor and two and half years as associate editor. He takes the opportunity to discuss the organizational context of the journal, offer some opinions about the manuscript review process, and offer some general impressions about the current state of the substantive literature.
