Abstract
Solution-processed out-coupling structures, scattering layer from SiO2 sol with TiO2 particles and corrugation from a mixture of SiO2 and TiOx sol, were optimized for enhanced light extraction of OLED, showing a range of 30-40% improvement. Renewable Energy and the Environment Congress
