Abstract

How can I-O psychologists have a positive impact through, within and
beyond organizations? Four engaging TED-style talks will inspire us to
translate everyday practice in I-O psychology into interventions that not only
improve organizational life and prosperity but also boost environment protection,
community volunteering and social inclusion across the profession.
