Funding Information:A final document was prepared and was presented to the WAS Advisory Committee and the WAS General Assembly at the 18th World Congress of Sexual Health in Sydney, April 2007. The declaration was approved by both bodies and now has become a WAS Declaration and technical document. The document, Sexual Health for the Millennium (see http:// 176.32.230.27/worldsexology.org/wp-content/uploads/2013/08/ millennium-declaration-english.pdf), was finalized, translated into French and Spanish and was distributed in 2008. (The French translation was provided by the Health Ministry of Canada and the Spanish translation was provided by the PAHO). It was also published as a special supplement issue of the International Journal of Sexual Health. This project was also funded by the Ford Foundation.
