Abstract
Both CT and ultrasound have been described to be more sensitive than nuclear scintigraphy in the evaluation of biliary obstruction. In this case, only the scintigraphic study adequately demonstrated the pathophysiologic abnormality associated with partially obstructed dilated debris-filled intrahepatic ducts.
