Abstract
A polypeptide fusion of a bioactive ligand and a coiled-coil A was functionalized on gold nanoparticles, which were subsequently immobilized on substrates. The accessibility of the ligand could be reversibly controlled via co-immobilization and removal of B-poly(ethylene) glycol through heterodimerization between A and the complementary coiled-coil B.
