Abstract
The need for building supercomputers to solve dynamic network problems has been highlighted. Dynamic network problems refer to problems relating to human social responses. Mathematical models and computer simulations are unable to solve these problems because of the high level of chaos and uncertainty associated with these problems. Designing of a high-performance computer to address dynamic network problems will require new architecture, computer science and mathematics that will allow a vast amount of data to exist in one location and to have dynamic processing elements extract knowledge from this data.
