Abstract
This chapter contains up-to-date information on rare precursor and mature T cell lymphomas according to the 2008 World Health Organization (WHO) Classification of Tumors of the Hematopoietic and Lymphoid Tissues. We have specifically focused on T cell lymphoblastic lymphoma, representing the minority of adult precursor T cell neoplasms, as well as on the rare mature T cell lymphomas such as hepatosplenic T cell lymphoma, enteropathy-associated T cell lymphoma, and subcutaneous panniculitis-like T cell lymphoma, accounting individually for less than 5% of all the cases in the landmark International Peripheral T Cell and Natural Killer/T Cell Lymphoma Study.
