Abstract
Magnetoelectric (ME) properties have been investigated in heterostructure trilayered composite of poled Pb(Zr0.52-Ti0.48)O3 and NiFe2O4 (PZT-NFO-PZT) sample at various frequencies. The ME voltage induced in the sample changes with change in frequency of the AC magnetic field. This change when minutely analyzed using Multiphysics simulation and numerical modelling, helps to understand the primary & secondary effect contribution on magnetoelectric effect. Calculation shows that % secondary effect contribution at 820 Hz, 900Hz, 1 KHz, 1.3 KHz & 1.5 KHz is 1.04821%, 6.862684%, 13.84434%, 15.13855% & 27.02289% respectively. By defining this interactions we can enhance the tuning of sensor/transducer device for various space exploration and aeronautics applications which need absolute calibration as well as low field sensitivity.
