N2 - Pulmonary artery (PA) stenosis due to Takayasu Arteritis (TA) is usually managed by angioplasty techniques. We present a patient with isolated PA stenosis with TA with in-stent stenosis. The surgical management and pathophysiology of this disease are reviewed.
