Abstract
Severe limitation in oral opening is an uncommon clinical presentation. Gaining access to the oral cavity for such patients is difficult for any dental procedure. This article described the fabrication of complete dentures for a patient with severe limitation in the oral opening. The clinical procedures of the prosthetic treatment were described, and the advantages and disadvantages were discussed.
