Abstract

Prediction equations for 1/3-bar and 15-bar water-holding capacity were developed for forest soils in northern Minnesota. Particle-size distribution was determined for about 400 soil samples. Five samples were then selected from each of the 12 soil-texture classes for determination of water relationships.-from Authors
