Abstract
Physical activity is one of the most fundamental activities that humans do. Through exercise and its effect on the body, fitness has profound implications for all major body systems. Physical activity is measured in a variety of ways, from simple to complex and low tech to high tech. Physical activity is associated with a healthier cardiovascular system in all ages and has a multitude of other benefits on human health; despite these benefits, many youths all over the world do not meet recommended levels of physical activity.
