Abstract
A man with a past history of endobronchial mucormycosis complicating diabetes mellitus presented with dyspnea. He was found to have complete airway stenosis in the left main bronchus at the site of the previous infection. Airway anatomy distal to the obstruction was delineated, using bronchography to guide therapeutic bronchoscopy. Airway patency was achieved without complication by sequential dilation.
