Abstract
We show that in some quantum-mechanical models the consequences of supersymmetry take place only provided certain additional conditions are imposed on the wave functions. If this fact is not taken into account one may encounter paradoxes. We discuss in particular the question of the fermion condensate in the (reduced) σ model and supersymmetric gauge theories.
