N2 - Selective nonoperative management of blunt liver injuries has become a standard of care, especially in pediatric trauma centers. Recent studies report few complications with this form of therapy. Complications that occur arise over a wide time period, frequently weeks after injury. We report a patient with blunt liver trauma managed nonoperatively, who developed hemobilia 56 days after injury.
