Abstract

The main features of finite time stability concept have been, for the first time, applied to the linear regular singular systems operating under the perturbing forces. Under the proposed assumptions derived result represents the sufficient condition for practical stability of these systems, based on Lyapunov-like functions and their properties on sub-space of consistent initial conditions. A suitable example, illustrating the main idea of concept and proposed procedure, has been worked out.
