New initiatives in power engineering education at the University of Minnesota

Abstract

This paper describes various efforts being undertaken at the University of Minnesota to revise the curriculum in power engineering and to promote these reforms to all universities that may be interested. These efforts include developing a new pedagogical approach and creating a consortium of a large number of universities.
