Abstract
Multifocal glioblastoma appears on computed tomography as several widely separated foci of contrast enhancement within the brain. An example is reported that may represent true multicentricity (widely separated tumor foci with no gross or microscopic evidence of linkage). The computed tomographic appearance cannot be differentiated from that of multiple cerebral metastases.
