Abstract
A young woman developed minoycline-related lupus erythematosus with associated autoimmune hepatitis. All clinical and laboratory abnormalities returned to normal when the drag was stopped. The symptoms worsened dramatically upon rechallenge, strongly suggesting the reaction was related to the minocycline.
