The use of biological control is a fascinating phenomenon that help small farmers and large producers in the agricultural sector to prevent or reduce the plant infections with pests, fungi, insects, beetles, butterfly and viruses, therefore it is consequently necessary to renewal and updating the novel in methodology and knowledge that reach and help the scientist to improve this safe, applicable and inexpensive technology to be available in the hand of users, in order to increase the production of foods and to reduce the losses of crop yield due to plant pathology. Our review article discuses the contribution of different microorganisms such as bacteria, fungi and viruses as biological control agent, the mechanism of defense against diseases and the mode of action of some specific bacterocins such as Bt generated from Bacillius thuregenesis protein and Nisin for protecting plants from infection diseases.
