Menstruation Apps for Menstruation Tracking and Wellness

Abstract

Librarians, clinicians, and library patrons would benefit from learning more about the effectiveness of using menstrual mobile apps. Patients are often concerned and confused about the many symptoms in their menstruation cycles. Menstruation apps also build community, track cycles and heavy flow, predict upcoming cycles, and inform users about their health and bodies. This article aims to introduce users to 10 popular menstruation apps and their benefits.
