Abstract

Male and female pigs were observed three times during their finishing phase to determine their urination frequency over the course of a day (0.62 ±0.11 U pig^-1 ^h-1). A single dromedary model is used to describe the daily variation in urination frequency for male and female pigs between 51 and 78 kg.
