Magnetization reversal in Fe/GaAs (100) thin films

Abstract

The angular dependence of the magnetization process in Fe/GaAs (100) thin films was studied using the magneto-optical Kerr effects. This angular dependence of the reversal process is discussed in terms of coherent rotation and domain nucleation models for the reversal mechanisms.
