Abstract
The design, build, and testing of a flexible, flying wing aircraft, the mAEWing1, has been accomplished with an emphasis on a research-through-development approach. Design goals of the mAEWing1 aircraft, including structural sizing and systems selection are addressed. An overview of the aircraft construction and integration are included. Testing methodology and test results, including nominal values and estimated uncertainty, are presented at a high level.
