Abstract
A procedure is developed for projecting out the relative angular momentum, spin- and isospin-zero -like part of the wave function of four nucleons moving in a single-particle potential of arbitrary shape. Examples in the Ne20 nucleus and Ni-Zn regions are used to test and illustrate the procedure.
