Abstract

Telemedicine is fast gaining grounds among healthcare deliverers and recipients. Like other technology-driven innovations, it has evolved past the regulatory framework that should guide its practice. This chapter aims to bring to light the legal and ethical aspects especially as regards licensing and regulatory issues across states borders in telemedicine.
