Abstract
This Article explores the evolution of the practice of law towards a hybrid organization, containing distinct business and professional identities. It examines the characteristics and consequences of hybrid status, emphasizing approaches to managing hybrid organizations. These management approaches then incorporate diverse legal principles to produce positive synergies in law firm management, thereby making the business and professional identities complementary.
