Abstract

The development of a gram-scale synthesis method with reproducible particle geometries is a key to the realization of nano-materials. Here, we have developed such a large-scale synthesis of single grain, two-phase BaTiO 3-Mn0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 nano-particles with controlled shapes, offering the possibilities of a new class of integrated multi-ferric materials.
