Abstract
IS'95 was the culmination of the first joint curriculum effort for IS accreditation issues and approaches. The panel presented a summary report identifying the primary features of the IS'97 document including: exit objectives for IS graduates; sample courses for an IS program; alternate courses for units associated with computer science units; a body of computing knowledge; knowledge metric and suggestions for learning; resource requirements for an IS program; and detailed learning units.
