The Residential Information Systems Project (RISP) is a longitudinal study long-term supports and services (LTSS) for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). An annual survey of state IDD agencies is used to gather information about the settings in which LTSS recipients live, federal and state funding mechanisms used, residential setting type and size, age of recipients, and expenditures.
