Improvements in the Statistical Sensitivity of the MINOS ν μ Measurement

Abstract

The latest MINOS ν μ analysis will include charged current events outside the fiducial volume of the MINOS far detector. Additionally, a secondary ν μ charged-current event classifier was implemented and the event selection reoptimized to increase the fiducal dataset at low energies.
