Abstract

Immerslund-Grasbeck syndrome is an uncommon disease, characterized by megaloblastic anaemia and persistent proteinuria. A Libyan boy with the characteristic findings is presented. He received intramuscular vitamin B₁₂ injections and there followed a remarkable clinical and haematological improvement.
