Abstract
A woman of 55 with simultaneous occurrence of desmoid tumor and retroperitoneal fibrosis is presented. Although desmoid tumor has been described as pathologically similar to other entities included under the label systemic idiopathic fibrosis, its concomitant occurrence has not been reported previously.
