Abstract

A recent study of model networks took advantage of the seemingly straightforward nature of hydrosilylation equation to verity a statistical approach to defining elastomer network structure and how it relates to macroscopic properties, but further work revealed an extraneous side reaction which consumes SiH. This investigation extends the earlier studies to a liquid low molecular weight terminally unsaturated polyisobutene.
