Abstract

A 73-year-old man with a history of metastatic bladder cancer presents with 1 week of severe painless vision loss in the right eye. Ten months prior, he underwent whole brain radiation followed closely by Gamma Knife radiation to metastatic brain lesions. He denies headache and systemic signs of giant cell arteritis. How should I evaluate and treat this patient?.
