Abstract
Ophthalmologic inflammation develops in 50% to 60% of all patients with granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA) and is the initial manifestation in 8% to 16%. Posterior uveitis (including retinal vasculitis) accounts for less than 5% of all cases with ocular involvement.
