Abstract
More than 100 cutaneous changes may occur on the genital and perigenital skin. The diagnostic and therapeutic aspects of the most important and most common of these will be discussed in this article. Throughout, emphasis is placed on lesions occurring in men since an excellent review of genital dermatology in women has recently been published elsewhere.
